Grinding teeth!?
I am going through the exact same thing with my 11 month old. She also has 2 bottom teeth and 2 teeth coming in on the top. The noise about drives me crazy! We haven%26#039;t found a %26quot;cure%26quot;, but it has seemed to help if we distract her with something else like giving mommy kisses or blowing bubbles. I%26#039;ve found that the more I react to what she is doing the more she does it. I%26#039;m hoping that as her top teeth come in more she won%26#039;t be able to grind them anymore. Just know that you%26#039;re not the only one dealing with this!!! Best of luck!
Reply:may i suggest you take him to the dentist, they may do something for you/him
Reply:hey someone else having the same problem as me my boy is 10 months had 8 teeth and constantly grinding so i shall be watching the answers very closey for advice as well.....take care
Reply:I think it%26#039;s just a stage they go through. It%26#039;s a novelty having first teeth. However, my 18 month has 12 teeth and has just starting grinding his again. I can sypathise with you. I hate the noise. Try giving a teether or something to chew on, take his mind off it. Don%26#039;t worry about the damage, it would take years to damage them, and they are going to fall out in a few years anyway. I know that you can get gum sheild things from the dentist for adult grinders.
Reply:WHat about giving him a dummy suck!! he won%26#039;t be able to grind them if he has a dummy in his gob!!
